Last Day in China

Well, we are ready to come home. Two weeks is long enough. It feels like we've been gone a long time.

This week in Guongzhou, we have gone to a safari park, botanical gardens, and done quite a bit of shopping. Stuff is pretty cheap here, probably because this is where everything is made.

Jakob has decided to be pretty adventurous at the restaurants. He's eaten pigeon and eel. The pigeon was pretty dark, kinda tasted like duck to me. The eel was really good, kinda tasted like steak teriaki or something.

Tonight we take a quick flight to Hong Kong, then over the big pond to San Francisco. We land 3 hrs before we take off. Yeah, think about that a while. We'll spend the night in SF, then take our final plane to Salt Lake City, then to KC. It will be soooooo good to be home.

For some reason, this computer is only letting me upload these 2 pics.

Jakob ate some roasted pigeon. He also ate some eel.
